• Danger behind compliments

  Beloved brothers good morning,

   

  As always my weekend was wonderful thanks to Jehovah, I had some good time with the family, and I wish it was the same for you. Today’s message is about something that Satan uses to trap people, stopping them from seeing the way of Salvation in Jesus, while many think it’s something harmless, it is actually a real destroyer such as Satan. I’m talking about compliments.

   

  In life compliments are something people like to use to make others feel good, while some people do it with good intentions, many others do it with very bad intentions and the danger behind the bad intentions of compliments is lie. So Christians, can say a compliment, but they need to be very careful with the words that they use, because God will not approve everything.

   

  Now in this century where pleasure and fantasy reign, many people special women try to do anything to get some compliments. They start from voice inflection to dress codes. Brothers, I want you to understand, in Christ Jesus you are free, but you have no freedom to disobey God, so once again, be careful with that you say, think or do, for Jehovah will punish the disobedient.

   

  I always try to help you to understand that Christianity is a lifestyle based upon what Jehovah has established, so read your bible and practice it. It is not bad to give a compliment to someone, could be men or women, but make sure while you do, you avoid saying offensive words, lies or anything things that your father in heaven will not be happy with.

   

  A real compliment should never be a lie, neither an offensive word, but something real with respect. Remember the bible says: we live in the world but we are not part of the world, so we need to adjust our lifestyle to what Jehovah likes and avoid doing anything that he will not like. I love you all brothers, Christians is living like Christ, so follow God principles. Have a nice day!.
